Changed the management system of LLC " Termotron-Zavod"

The new management scheme was introduced at the enterprise on January 9. We will remind, a month earlier the Executive Director of the plant took office. He supervises production and financial issues, forms the strategy of personnel policy, manages corporate style and culture, builds business processes at the enterprise.
The new decree introduced the following staff units in the structure of the Executive Director:
- Commercial Director (his responsibilities include the definition and construction of marketing policy; the formation of procurement and sales plans, supervision of their implementation; the creation of a system of motivation and certification of managers; inspection of the sales process, etc.);
Deputy Executive Director for production (ensures the implementation of production tasks, rhythmic production of high quality products, controls the current production planning, analyzes the efficiency of production); Deputy Executive Director for Finance (organizes the management of the movement of financial resources of the enterprise, ensures the development of financial strategy, determines the sources of financing of production and economic activities, controls accounts receivable, monitors the implementation of the financial plan and budget, product sales plan, profit plan and other financial indicators).
"The past year, although it was not easy for the company, fully showed the reserves of growth, — says the Executive Director of LLC "Termotron-Zavod " Anton Abushenko. - Not far off is the serial production of the first Russian tram drive, which opens up a whole new industry to the enterprise. Western companies show great interest in Thermotron products. This clearly demonstrated the success of our exhibition at the InnoTrans exhibition in Berlin. And great prospects impose great responsibility. An analysis was conducted of the work of top management of the plant and developed a new control scheme that does not involve an increase in staffing, but merely reallocates responsibilities among managers, making the decision-making process more efficient".
