Dialogue with customers
19 Декабря 2019
In St. Petersburg, a meeting was held on the results of the work of the track complex in 2019 and setting goals for 2020. The discussion was held in the "cafeteria" format, when all participants were divided into ten groups. After that, experts took turns participating in round-table sessions, where they brainstormed solutions to key problems for 30 minutes.
"This format was new for all participants of the meeting, - says Sergey Davydov, chief engineer of LLC "Termotron-Zavod". — Working in the framework of round tables is always interesting, because there is communication with professionals. But we were certainly more interested in the issues that are more or less related to our products.
First of all, this is the timeliness of deliveries to the so — called technological Windows. This is the period when train traffic is closed on the stretch, and repairs are carried out around the clock. Delaying the delivery of equipment to such Windows leads to fatal consequences. This is especially true for the Oktyabrskaya railway in high-speed traffic areas where our UVP drive is used, which has no analogues. And if there is a hitch, it will have serious consequences. We managed not to let customers down, and our fault has never been a failure of technological Windows. In order to ensure this in the future, we recommend that our partners work directly with the manufacturer, who will be able to deliver the necessary equipment in the right quantity and on time.
Another interesting round table was devoted to the quality of products supplied. It should be noted that our company had no complaints about the quality of equipment that we supply to construction and reconstruction projects."
As noted by Sergey Vladimirovich, this format of meetings involves communication in both formal and informal settings. Among the participants of the event were not only railway workers, but also companies that produce industry products.
"The meeting turned out to be interesting in terms of the agenda and rich in content," Anton Abushenko, Executive Director of LLC "Termotron-Zavod", summed up. — It was useful for us to participate in a direct dialogue with industry leaders and get feedback."
