Termotron is ready to participate in a large-scale project to build Russia's first high-speed railway
The first section of the VSM2 Moscow-Kazan Railway (Moscow region) - Gorokhovets (Vladimir region) is planned to be built before the end of 2024. And the state examination of the Nizhny Novgorod – Kazan section according to JSC "high-Speed highways" should be completed this year, media reported.
Prospects of use in the project of production of LLC "Termotron-Zavod" among other questions were discussed in Moscow at the end of January. In the framework of the expanded meeting was held for technical harmonisation the new high speed transfer brand 1/25 R-65 for a project ВСМ2 Moscow - Kazan. The discussion was attended by representatives of leading design institutes, industry experts.
The first stage of the Moscow - Kazan high-speed railway project involves the construction of a new dedicated 301 km long railway line on the Gorokhovets railway section for trains with speeds up to 400 km/h and the organization of passenger trains from Moscow to Nizhny Novgorod, including sections of the existing infrastructure (the total length of the line will be 408 km).
The design of the railway line on the Railway - Gorokhovets section has been completed, the positive conclusion of the Glavgosexpertiza has been obtained. The new line involves seven stops from Moscow to Nizhny Novgorod: Noginsk, Orekhovo-Zuyevo, Petushki, Vladimir, Kovrov, Gorokhovets, Dzerzhinsk. Taking into account all seven stops on the new line, the train will follow two hours 31 minutes.
The length of the Moscow - Kazan HSR will be about 790 km, the speed of trains will reach 400 km / h, stops will be organized every 50-70 km.the travel time from Moscow to Kazan will be 3.5 hours against the current 14 hours.
