The big opening in the Moscow metro

Ten new stations of the Bolshaya Koltsevaya Line of the Moscow Metro opened on Tuesday, December 7. The ceremony was attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"Our company, as a long—term partner of the Moscow Metro, has also participated in the construction of new stations on the Bolshaya Koltsevaya Line," says Anton Abushenko, Executive Director of LLC "Termotron-Zavod". — We have installed electric switch drives SP-6BM, switchboard devices, electric hitchhiking drives PAM-2, track boxes made of dielectric material PYA-I, various types of connectors and jumpers and other equipment on new objects.

By video link, the president launched traffic at the following stations: "Terekhovo", "Kuntsevskaya", "Davydkovo", "Aminevskaya", "Michurinsky Avenue", "Vernadsky Avenue", "Innovative", "Vorontsovskaya", "Zyuzino" and the reconstructed "Kakhovskaya". Seven new stations are interchange stations, from which you can get to other metro lines and both lines of Moscow central diameters.
The total length of the BCL, the construction of which is planned to be completed in 2022, will be 70 kilometers. It will include 31 stations and connect radial subway lines at a distance of up to 10 kilometers from the existing ring line.
