The "novelty" of the mechanical workshop

24 Апреля 2020 Two DMC 1035V vertical milling machining centers manufactured by DMG MORI are installed in the company's machine shop as part of a global program to modernize production.

The vertical milling center is intended for three-axis processing of small parts of a complex profile made of steel, cast iron, hard-to-process non-ferrous metals, mainly with face and end mills, drills in medium-and small-scale production.

"The new centers are installed on the site of two old German CW 800 machines," said Sergey Rozhnov, the company's chief technologist. "The Germans have been dismantled and moved to another location. Now we are gradually transferring parts from the old equipment to the new one. There is a very large nomenclature. The accuracy of product execution and equipment performance have increased significantly."
